Return Policy

At Qbit.pk, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure every product you receive meets our quality standards. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we do provide exchanges in specific cases where the product delivered is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
The item is in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and seals intact.
The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Items that have been used, physically damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be exchanged or returned once opened or used, including:

Software, digital products, and activation keys
Peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and headphones (if opened)
Components like processors, RAMs, or SSDs (once installed)
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or power issues

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Contact our support team at info@qbit.pk or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange (along with photos or videos if applicable).
Our team will verify your claim and arrange an exchange or replacement where applicable.

The replacement process may take up to 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Shipping Costs

If the product is found to be defective or incorrect, Qbit.pk will cover all shipping charges.
If the exchange is due to customer preference (within allowed categories), the customer will bear shipping costs.

5. Change of Mind

Please note that change of mind is not applicable for returns or refunds. We recommend reviewing product specifications carefully before placing your order.
