Warranty Terms & Conditions

At QBIT, we strive to provide genuine products with reliable after-sales service. Please review the following warranty terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Warranty

1.1 Warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects as determined by the respective brand, manufacturer, or authorized distributor.
1.2 Warranty period shall commence from the date mentioned on the original sales invoice.
1.3 Warranty claims without a valid original invoice shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Exclusions & Void Conditions

Warranty shall be considered null and void in the following situations:

  • Physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, dents, burns, corrosion, or liquid exposure.
  • Electrical damage caused by voltage fluctuation, surge, improper grounding, or unauthorized installation.
  • Tampering, alteration, removal, or damage to serial numbers or warranty seals.
  • Customer-induced damage, negligence, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Software-related issues, data corruption, virus infection, or compatibility concerns.
  • Consumables and accessories are not explicitly covered in the warranty.

3. Inspection & Determination

3.1 All products are subject to technical inspection prior to warranty processing.
3.2 Determination of defect validity rests solely with the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
3.3 If no fault is found, QBIT reserves the right to charge diagnostic and handling fees.

4. Replacement & Repair

4.1 Repair or replacement decisions are subject strictly to supplier/manufacturer approval.
4.2 Replacement, if approved, may be with a refurbished or equivalent model.
4.3 Warranty processing timelines depend entirely on the respective brand or distributor. QBIT shall not be liable for delays.

5. DOA Claims

5.1 DOA claims must be reported within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Product must be returned in unused condition with complete original packaging.
5.3 Final approval remains subject to supplier verification.

6. International Warranty

Products labeled with an international warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer. All costs, including shipping, duties, and handling, shall be borne by the customer. QBIT assumes no responsibility for such claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • QBIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • QBIT shall not be responsible for data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
  • Customer is solely responsible for backing up data before submitting products for warranty.

8. Policy Modification

QBIT reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be effective immediately upon publication.
